Scriptures to Encourage You While You Wait on Him

Even when we have the best intentions, waiting on the Lord can be difficult. It presents a challenge because we’re part of a society that is used to getting answers, directions or solutions in a split second or within a specific deadline. God doesn’t work like that. God’s timeline isn’t always the same as our own, and that can be challenging. When we’re not fortified and strengthened by the Word, it clouds our judgement and creates the opportunity for us to move out of God’s will.

Don’t let your exhaustion from waiting derail the move God wants you to make. It’s in the “wait” that He does His best work, and it’s in the “wait” that you have the opportunity to renew your strength. Use the scriptures below to encourage yourself while you wait for His direction.
